Janjehli: The Janjehli Valley is a stunning, hilly, and green region that is abundant in natural beauty, 2150 metres above sea level. The beautiful greenery makes the place a must-visit for trekkers.
It takes about 4 to 5 Hours to travel from Narkanda to Janjehli. With its natural beauty, trekking trails, religious sites, and warm local culture, Janjehli is a destination that appeals to nature enthusiasts, trekkers, and those seeking tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

On completing today’s breakfast, we will proceed to Shikari Mata:
A jeepable forest road connects Shikari Devi temple with Janjehli, which is located about 18 kilometers away. It is located at 3359 meters above sea level. Amazingly dense trees line the route to Shikari Peak. It is also known as the Crown of Mandi since it is the highest peak in the Mandi District. Nature lovers appreciate this location because of the vast green fields, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and expansive views of snow-capped mountains.

Shojha is a small village sitting quietly in the middle of wilderness and panorama. Its untouched beauty might be just the thing that you need to relax and unwind. Located amid the Banjar Valley, the village is dotted with several temples made of wood. Jalori pass is a place to quiet and calm and is situated away from the hustle-bustle of the city. The pass is located on the way from Khanag towards Shojha. It is nestled in the peaks of the majestic northern Himalayas. Serolsar Lake: This lake is situated at a distance of 10 km from Shojha and 25 km from Banjar town. Serolsar Lake is a beautiful lake situated at a distance of around 5 km from the Jalori pass. This lake can be reached by a trek from Shojha or Jalori Pass. Serolsar Lake is located at an altitude of 3199 m above sea level. It is surrounded by thick coniferous forests. The vision of Dechen Choekhor Mahavihara is to promote and preserve the Tibetan cultures and traditions, and the sublime teachings of Lord Buddha in this part of the world where its survival is under increasing pressure. The monastery is said to be built in the 16th Century. The main temple complex consists of a gigantic statue of Shakyamuni Buddha and statues of Tara and Rinpoche Padmasambhava. The Buddha statue is 31 feet tall and that of Padmasambhava is 21 feet high.

The trek to Jogini Falls is among the best short treks near Manali. The trek route passes through a narrow lane adjacent to Vashisht temple and goes through apple orchards, tall pine trees and small water streams. On the way few restaurants and guest houses are also available. A gentle walk will take 1 hour to reach the base of waterfall.
